Year: 1930

Nominated: Best Actor – Fredric March

Plot in 25 Words: A family of actors, famed on Broadway contemplate leaving the stage. There’s talking and dramatic hand gesturing. Sometimes in a cab. Did I watch this?

In My Opinion: Oh my god there was a lot of talking.

So much talking and nothing happened.

At all.

According to Wikipedia this is a story loosely based on the Barrymore family. Well they weren’t wild back then!

Star Performer: I can’t recall a single performer.

Overall: I ought to watch this again. But I really don’t want to.
